Hi, my name is Monique!

I am a 7-years old Paint mare with traditional black and white coat, black mane and tail I came to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in February with 10 other horses. We all were suffering from different degrees of neglect. I was underweight, had internal and external parasites, long hooves that needed trimming and I was pregnant. Due to my poor health, I was unable to deliver my foal.

I am now a healthy and social girl. I am a halter trained and easy to handle. My friendly and gentle nature is a compliment to the love and attention I've received since arriving in Union. My friends and I love to play in the pasture, kicking our hooves up and having fun. I am hoping for a home I can share with an experienced owner who has trained a horse. Come meet me and see if I'd be the perfect compliment to your barn and life.
